REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Servers and bartenders must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service. Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program or have a minimum of one year of restaurant or catering experience.

All employees must:

Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.*
Seasonal availability from January-May
Have the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner
Maintain high grooming and appearance standards
Have a positive attitude

Requirements:

Ideal candidates should have six months to one year of kitchen experience in a high-volume setting.
Knowledge of proper food safety handling and a positive attitude are essential.

Physical Requirements:

Dishwashers should be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, stretch, squat, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs. from the floor to waist level.
Additionally, the ability to stand for prolonged periods is necessary.

Pay Rate:

$16.04.00 to $18.00 per hour DOE
