REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Servers and bartenders must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service. Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program or have a minimum of one year of restaurant or catering experience.

All employees must:

Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.*
Seasonal availability from January-May
Have the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner
Maintain high grooming and appearance standards
Have a positive attitude

We are on the hunt for rockstar dishwashers to join our team at The Party Staff. Our company has been providing top-notch staffing solutions to the hospitality industry for 33 years and we are looking for hardworking and dedicated dishwashing superstars to keep our clients' kitchens shining like a diamond.

As a dishwasher at The Party Staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of exciting settings, including fancy restaurants, swanky hotels, and glamorous catering events. You will be responsible for making sure the kitchen sparkles and all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dish machine or by hand
Keep the dishwashing area spotless and organized
Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored
Follow health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a dishwasher in a professional kitchen
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexible schedule and the ability to pick up shifts using online portal
Willingness to work in various locations
