Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of confidence, enthusiasm, and a sincere passion for our services.

Responsibilities

- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to develop client base and open new segments of business; conduct market research regularly.

- Ability to maintain working relationships with existing and prospective clients with exceptional client services and timely follow-ups and responses.

- Meet or exceed sales target objectives and service performance requirements through new and existing customer sales and by providing excellent service and customer satisfaction; developing action plans, as needed.

- Generating weekly activity reports to be turned into branch or regional manager.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including phone calls and emails.

- Staying updated of industry trends, knowledge, and innovation through networking and participating in industry related events.

- Sales Calls: Strategic planning, presentation, and delivery to potential and existing clients to generate sales and build client base.

- Outbound Calling: Contact prospective clients through email, social networks, or phone.

- Travel will be required to attend client events to assist with check-ins and ensuring quality control; up to 25%.

- Other job duties as assigned, from time to time.

Skills

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

- Strong understanding of hospitality operations.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with Mac and Mac based programs.

Qualifications

- Requires high school degree or equivalent.

- Minimum 1-3 years prior experience and/or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, hospitality or related field, preferred.
