About the JOB
We are growing rapidly and have an immediate need for an Staffing Assistant to support the recruiting and staffing efforts in our San Diego location. This is an entry-level position with tremendous growth opportunities!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Greets applicants, staff, and guests.
- Confirms staff on event orders and provides necessary event information.
- Fields a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with clients, field staff, and job seekers.
- Responds to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Completes data entry tasks in a timely manner.
- Assists with collecting hours worked for field staff.
- Maintains a clean workspace and communal area.
- Takes weekly inventory of office supplies and communicating needs to management.
- Provide support to Staffing department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS

Speaking —Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Reading Comprehension —Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.

Service Orientation —Actively looking for ways to help people.
Team Player -Collaborate and offer solutions to the department.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) -- we have a lot of staff that you will be communicating with that solely speak Spanish.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Time Management —Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Coordination —Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
- Social Perceptiveness —Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

Job Type: Part-time to Full-Time
Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
